1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our Services.
  • Parents or guardians may allow children to take quizzes, but all purchases and accounts must be managed by an adult.

2. Accounts

  • To access quizzes, certificates, or sponsorship packages, you must create an account.
  • You agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your account credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Services Provided

  • Our Services include online quizzes, instant digital delivery of certificates for successful completion, and optional business packages for corporate social responsibility (CSR) sponsorships.
  • Delivery of certificates is digital and occurs within minutes of quiz completion.
  • Services are available globally, subject to local laws and restrictions.

4. Payments

  • Payments are processed privately, and we are PCI compliant.
  • By making a purchase, you agree to pay the stated fees, taxes, and charges associated with your order.
  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
  • We may update pricing at our discretion.

5. Refunds, Store Credit & Exchanges

  • You may request a refund in the form of store credit within 15 days of purchase.
  • After 15 days, no refunds or store credit will be granted.
  • Store credit may be used toward any future quiz or similar Service we offer.
  • If you are unable to use a quiz or certificate, we may also allow an exchange for a similar course or issue a voucher, at our discretion.
  • CSR sponsorship packages remain non-refundable once payment is processed.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services in violation of any laws or regulations.
  • Share, resell, or distribute certificates without authorization.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code.
  • Interfere with the security or operation of the Services.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, quizzes, designs, and certificates provided by artiandme.com are our intellectual property.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit our content without prior written permission.
  • Certificates are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.

8. User Content

  • If you submit feedback, comments, or other content, you retain ownership but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content for promotional or operational purposes.
  • We may remove content that we believe violates these Terms.

9. CSR Sponsorship Packages

  • Businesses may commit to one-time or monthly sponsorships to support access to quizzes and certificates.
  • Sponsorship commitments are binding and may not be canceled or refunded once payment is processed.
  • We may publicly recognize sponsors unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Disclaimers

  • The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”.
  • We make no guarantees about quiz outcomes, certificate recognition, or uninterrupted service.
  • We are not responsible for technical issues outside our control (e.g., Internet connectivity).

11. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, artiandme.com and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

12. Indemnification
